To apply, complete these three steps:

(1) Fill on all four of these forms:

Form 1: Camper Application

Form 2: Permissions & Medical

Form 3: Financial Aid

Form 4: Yoga Waiver

(2) Then, either:

  (a) Mail them to: 126 ARIZONA AVENUE, EAST GALESBURG, ILLINOIS

   or

  (b) Email them to [email protected]

(3) Then, make payment online: LINK
